This looks like Alnwick Street, Easington Colliery, which has now been demolished. The street where Billy Elliott was filmed.

This is a view of the bottom part of Alnwick Street taken from Seaside Lane. I lived their 1951 to 1969. This is where they filmed "Billy Elliot".
