this looks more like eleventh street with the wellfare recreation ground on the right and wellfare crescent in the distance

This is actually a picture of Eleventh Street looking up to Welfare Crescent with the Welfare Park on the right.

i dont think it is east street itsa road running up by welfare park to the cresent past west st starting from main road middle st top of blackhall bank possibly 12th st not sure
