the ladys name is Betty Clark,a well known organiser of local /national whippett racing ,her dad was also awell known in the area,the photo was taken at the playing fields at Horden crossroads the venue every Sat morn for the local whippet club

In this pic is a woman called Tracy 2nd name((was Elsy)took on crossroads footy fields,you can see the bungalow behind her, (which is next to the changing rooms)this being where whippet racing was held,hence the dog.she was a manager at Walkers crisps,probably still is.
